I bought a vehicle from Hutch on November 11, 2021. I asked the salesman's if it had been wrecked. He said no. I said so it has a clean car fax? He says yes. Fast forward to June 2022 I find out that the car had been in a almost severe crash (front, left front, right front and air bags deployed). To say the I am upset is an understatement. I would have never bought the car had I known this information. I can't resale the car due to legality issues and the car isn't worth anywhere near what it was sold to me for. At this point I don't even know if the car has air bags in it. Resolution Sought I would like for the dealership to buy the car back and refund me what I've paid on the vehicle so far.
