I got my car totaled and my insurance company gave nothing close what it's worth so I went to Hutchinson mn to buy a vehicle and she said it's needed brake pads and I brought it to my mechanic and he said it's needed $3,000. To fix it. I was lied to about all the problems. I'm beside myself and I'm needing help. They went and gave $200. Off for brakes but not even close to what needing to be done Resolution Sought Fix it or trade for me for another car or I really want my money back.

Company states: The custojmer ws very hostile and violent towards Hutchinson Auto Sales! We gave her a total of $500 off. She had a person come with her to look over the car. She drove it twice and loved it. I don't beliver there is anything wrong with it and she is just wanting her money back!

Hostile I don't know anything about that. I drove the car once and I was warned at that time I was told break pads. More then that is wrong. $500 isn't close enough to what it needs fixed. $3,000 to fix

The complainant purchased the vehicle in AS IS condition. Company reiterates they gave complainat a total of $500 off. She had a person come with her to look over the car. She drove it twice and loved it. The company states they are now being harassed with vulgar text messages and phone calls threatening in nature from the complainant and third parties. The company has saved the text messages and will present them to the authorities if they have to file harassment charges.
