We have reached out to the company directly, but they have declined to investigate the matter and refuse to work with us to resolve the situation. There has been conflicting information throughout, and we have been passed around from department to department. We raised our concerns directly, and after being held for hours, the solution was to "upgrade". The most egregious aspect was the complete lack of financial transparency, and this upgrade was attached to a mortgage. The "upgrade" was completely fabricated, and we simply want a resolution and are hopeful your organization can assist. Resolution Sought Contract cancellation

We have dealt with numerous issues, but our situation is an absolute mess, by Hyatts own hand. We discussed our intention to terminate our ownership due to numerous issues. We were assured that they could resolve all of our issues while adding additional benefits by a simple upgrade. This "upgrade" not only did not resolve any of the issues, but now has created several more, including an payable debt for zero benefits. We have continued to reach out to the company directly, but our concerns to resolve continue to be ignored. Resolution Sought Contract cancellation

I show you upgraded from 180,000 Platinum owner points with odd year usage to 300,000 Platinum owner points with odd year usage on June 24, 2023. A review of your owner note history does not show any calls about using your owner benefits since your upgrade purchase. There are calls asking about how to exit your ownership and questions about our exit team program. We would like to help you work through any ownership concerns or challenges and help you get all you want out of your ownership.
