We have attempted multiple times to express our concerns for wanting to cancel our timeshare with Welk Resorts. We have communicated with a gentleman by the name of Hutch Farrell. He hasn't been helpful regarding our request to terminate our contract. We have repeatedly received denials without viable reasons other than they want to hold us hostage to retain our consistent payments for the company. We have complied by continuing to pay even though we have been dissatisfied for a very long time. My husband has been deployed and our use for this timeshare has been non-existent. We would just like to end all matters with this company. Resolution Sought Termination/Cancellation of Contract

We have tried to deal with this company and, after telling us that we were cancelled and they would send paperwork, THEN took it back and said "Ooops".  This is unacceptable for a company to say something and not stand by it. Resolution Sought An apology and for someone to be held accountable for the PURPOSELY ERRONEOUS info I was given.  Oh, and a cancellation / release from the 2 timeshares.
