On April 8 2021 I filed a contract with Mr. Alfredo Villegas or HVS Remodeling Llc to have my Deck build. I gave him a deposit of $9000.00 in a check. We had to wait for the association approval we got that approval, then we had to wait for the county approval Mr. Alfredo got the county approval back in April of this year 2022 I have made several attempts to get in contact with him by text and phone calls, his reply is always I will call you back and never did. This as cause my blood pressure to get higher and my anxiety. This is not a small amount of money. Please help me . Thanks in advance. Resolution Sought To please get in contact with MR. Villegas to do my job or return my money back, if we have to go to court he pays the court fee. This as being very hard on me for 1 year with him telling me nothing.
