Purchased a blender from this company 2023 with a warranty, we sent the blender once and it was covered with the warranty. Once we received it back, it did not work properly, so it was sent back, they stated they could not repair the blender. They stated that was how the blender worked, but we sent video and pictures of how it was not working. After that they sent it back as it was, without any repair. They sent the blender to our old address, we have even made additional purchases and they sent them to the correct address- when they had previously sent it to us at the correct address. We are thankfully able to retrieve the blender, but it is not in working conditions. The warranty is valid until 2029. Resolution Sought Repair of replace the blender covered under warranty.

We are sorry to hear Mr. Garrido is unhappy with his purchase. We strive to have every Hy Cite customer satisfied with not only our products but also with the customer service provided. The customer had opened tow account with our company, which initially caused confusion regarding his warranty request. This claim was originally denied because there were signed of misuse of the product. However, our team has agreed to make a one-time exception to our limited warranty and replace the piece that Mr. Garrido is requesting. Our customer service team has attempted to reach out to Mr. Garrido, but have been unable to speak with him. they will attempt to contact him again to discuss the process with him. if he has any additional questions, he should contact our customer service team at 608-273-3373, x-6316 or by email at [email protected]. Hy Cite has an A rating with the Wisconsin Better Business Bureau and has been in business since 1959. We strive to have customers completely satisfied with not only our products, but the customer service we provide to them.
