I purchased a water filter from this company around October 10 of 2021, the return policy is within 3 days of purchasing the product so the person I purchased this product from had told me that she would come and install the filter herself which she did but she did not do so until 2 weeks after. The return policy had then expired, so after she installed it the first time she let the water run for the amount of time it needs too, and it looked fine. The next morning I woke up to put water to boil like I do every morning for my coffee and once the filtered water had finished boiling it the water turned white/grayish and it built up white around the pot, I then boiled regular sink water which I have before for my coffee and the boiled sink water is cleaner than the "filtered boiled water" I had bought. So I called the company and they said we should send the product back, that they would take a look at it and switch the filter cartilage and they send it back to us claiming they had fixed the problem. They didn't, they came to install it and the same situation happened, the filtered water kept coming out grey and white was building up around the pot, so we called again to cancel the filter but they didn't allow us to return it, and I can't pay for an item I am 1 not using. And 2 not providing the clean water that I am PAYING FOR. They want us to send it again but it's the second time and we just want to get rid of it. Resolution Sought I want to cancel the product and stop paying for something I am not making use of and isn't providing the safe clean water I am paying for.

We have had the opportunity to review and investigate this customer’s complaint where she expresses dissatisfaction with the performance of one of the products she purchased. After reviewing this matter and speaking to the customer, we’ve come to a mutually agreeable resolution regarding her water filter purchase.

On Monday 1/31/22, I received a phone call from a representative, Amy Morales, with their legal department, who was very helpful. Ms. Morales, informed me they will be taking the product back for a full refund. I received the return label on Tuesday am, 2/1/22. I will be returning the product today, 2/3/22, and will be waiting for my refund. Once refund is received, this complaint will be fully resolved.
