I was lied to about the return policy

When needed to return a 12 pk of Busch light at Hy-Vee liquor department, I was lied to about the return policy under Iowa state law concerning all return policies on alcohol. When I asked sense when, the manager shrugged her shoulder (as if she really knew anyways) guessing 8 years ago. This is the whole issue in this world today. Nobody knows the truth let alone rights
