I've been trying to cancel my timeshare with Hyatt since I bought it in 2017, but I'm not getting anywhere. At first, I thought it was a great idea, but it turns out it's not. I never planned to use it because I misunderstood the location. I thought the property was near the Cardinals Spring Training in Palm Springs, Florida, but it's actually in California. We're not interested in going there. Plus, the fees keep going up, and it's really hitting us hard now that my husband changed jobs and our income is way down. Every time I've asked Hyatt to cancel, I just get some vague response that doesn't help at all. I really want to give the timeshare back and stop the financial hassle. I'm okay with losing what we put in initially, but I need clear steps on how to cancel this thing. Hyatt needs to hear me out and give me a real solution. Resolution Sought Contract cancellation

We are writing to express our dissatisfaction with the current state of Welk/Hyatt's exit services concerning our timeshare. Since December 2023, we have been on a list to exit our timeshare, yet we have not been provided with a clear timeframe for when this process will be completed. This lack of execution and transparency regarding our exit request is frustrating and unsatisfactory. It is imperative for us to understand the status of our exit request, as the prolonged uncertainty is causing undue stress. We are eager to finalize this process and inquire whether there is an expedited option available to facilitate our exit from the timeshare agreement. Our desire is to close this chapter swiftly and put this entire experience behind us. We hope for your prompt attention and assistance in resolving this matter so that we can move on with peace of mind. Resolution Sought I would like to terminate from this timeshare company and have my agreement dissolved, effective immediately.
