Customer Complaint

12/2/2022

I had a water leakage in my basement. I called James Taylor owner of above company. He came out the same day (9-22-2022 ) and advised by that I need a new water softener system. The cost would be 6,692.00. I gave a four thousand dollar deposit in cash ( I have a withdrawal paperwork from my bank. Mr Taylor called me three days later and stated there was a problem with getting the items delivered. I was going out of town and would not be back for several days. On 10-18-2022 Mr. Taylor came and installed twin tank water softeners and a Fleck Metered AIO iron filter. His invoice stated he would also install a new 32 gallon pressure tank tee switch and gauge which he charged 1,265.00. This was never installed. He left the old much smaller twin tank water softener in my driveway and the salt barrel which was half full with a block of salt in my basement. Both of these items he was suppose to dispose of. On 10-18-2022 I paid him the balance of 2,692.00 in cash. 10-24-2022 . I otexted Mr. Taylor because the water softener or something was still leaking and had saturated a wooden cedar closet next to the room which holds the water softener system. He replied he would look at it on 10-27-2022 when he was suppose to complete his work. He never came and would not respond to my phone calls or text messages. I had to call another company (One Hour Heating) to help find the leak. The floor and one area of the wall of the cedar closet must be replaced before mold grows. Again I have to p Resolution Sought Give me a refund.
