I ordered a wig from this place and they charged me for two finally got the wig and it was the wrong color and it was awful i don't like it and i have tried to get them to refund my money back to my account but they are giving me the run around they owe my account 220.97 and 6.63 for some kind of fee i have tried to send the wig back and they gave me a address in china they said the fee to send it back would be priceie so they are wanting to negotiate a price in stead of refundind iwant my money back i think they are a scam Resolution Sought I would like you to make them refund my money back to my bank account

I bought a wig as I'm terminal. They don't have a phone in service. Will not give return address that is correct. Wanted wig pictures to decide if ok. It's too small. Wig was mis-advertised didn't come with tag on it or paperwork or extras on wig and packaging was terrible. I live on monthly payment so this is a lot of money to me. I have a Los Angeles, ILLinois and China address in which they want me to send it back and 1 more address I'll need to look up. I paid with debit card on net. We have texted many times and can't get answers. It took weeks to arrive and didn't give out tracking number. This has never happened to me. I ordered a wig before years ago and returned with no problems. Resolution Sought A refund
