scam operation needs to be shut down.

Scam company. Sent text appearing to be AT&T. Invited me to do a survey for a free smartwatch. Ended up charging me 70.00 for 4 items. Then I learn they will charge a monthly fee of 119.00 for "bottles of smartwatch" (whatever that means) as stated in terms and conditions. I called to cancel shipment 24 hours after doing survey and realizing the charges involved but they said they couldn't cancel shipment. I have received the items but in order to cancel additional 119.00 fee i need to return them. I disputed with my credit card and have been reimbursed with new card on the way to prevent further charges, but this scam operation needs to be shut down.
