I purchased a brand new hyper toys jeep gladiator ride on for my daughter in February. I have had numerous problems with the toilet, not working and have gone through three motherboards, two control panels, and a set of gears. It is still not working. Because I did not purchase it from Walmart or Sam's Club. They are not doing anything about it. My three year old daughter just wants her jeep to work. All I ask is for a new one, and I was told no. Resolution Sought I would like a brand new jeep gladiator ride on to replace the broken one that I've gone through five different parts four.

Company states; This product was purchased at a Consignment store, not a designated retailer, and as such is not covered by a warranty. Despite this we sent multiple parts at no charge as if the warranty were in place. The Customer was charged for second circuit board that was sent to him and I am reimbursing him for that.

Yes, he said he’d refund me the $30 I spent for the part. I’m still out $300 a broken ride on that my three-year-old daughter cannot ride and never will. All I wanted was a new one.
