No service

Upgraded to the newest version for 2015 Genesis. Big mistake. Maps stay in night mode, all black. After contacting they asked for more and more photos, never contacting me. Service is non existing at Hyundai. I have never been contacted since I purchased the car, by Hyundai, to see if I was satisfied with sales or service. Luxury car, not.

I would give less than one star if possible.

I purchased the latest update to my MnSoft system for my 2011 Kia Sorento as they advertised improved Blue Tooth and GPS. In fact what I got was the same or worse after purchasing this expensive upgrade, which did not give any improvements at all. The GPS took me on a route that was 45 minutes longer than the route my Garmin had taken a week prior. When I contacted MnSoft they had me provide sample maps of the different routes etc, to help them improve their system. What they gave me was advice to enter a route myself, to get the best results? I thought the idea of a GPS system was to find the best route? when I want to drive somewhere now I use my Garmin as it is so much more efficient. I asked to reset my system to the previous, but they said that I was out of luck! Really!!
