For 12 months Hyundai's receiving Double payment payments for my lease totaling $ 8,759.64 which is $729.97 a month for 12 months. Beginning at the statement for September 2024, which is the August 2024 payment through August 2025 statement which would be the July 2025 payment. That is a total for 12 months. It is true that I have now withheld my last payment till $729.97 until they return the money. I've made about a dozen calls and then promised many things. Even text that was written to me with an amount of. $8009.63 that I would receive, however that same day what I received was a fraction of that money, which I will not cash because it is not the total amount. In fact, I should be owed the 12 months of compounded interest for them holding onto my money and now denying to give me back my money. They have received all their payments my time for the entire length of my lease. I have been sick and in the hospital and have been out of touch for the last 12 months except for a minimum of keeping up with my alert of which vendors are receiving money or taking automatic withdrawals. So that if I see a strange name, then I know it's fraud, but Hyundai is one that I have been paying so I did not make particular attention to it. What I don't understand is why they didn't make me aware . Nonetheless I am fighting with them to get my money back and it's really absolutely nauseating. I had to hire a lawyer today. This is not money that is owed to them at all. They've been a lousy com Resolution Sought Pay me $8759.63 and compounded interest for 12 months.

On August 16th, 2025, I got a loan for a used 2016 Mercedes-Benz 117543 miles VIN # WDCOG4KB2GFO96622. I was told and led to believe that this car had no issues and would run for many years, as long as I kept the maintenance current. I was told the vehicle was checked and certified. I scanned the vehicle, and the codes came up P0299 Turbo/ Super Charger Underboost- P0301 Cylinder 1 Misfire Detected. I informed the dealership, and my integrity was questioned as if I were at fault. I brought the vehicle back in less than 30 minutes. I researched this problem, and this is some the the information I received: The worst case scenario 1) Turbocharger and waste gate failed 2) Cadillac converter is bad, exhaust and restriction 3) Boost leak, this engine down power feels like you're pulling a heavy load, it doesn't accelerate, no power PO301 cylinder 1) Misfire, worst case scenario 1) Cylinder compression is low, leaking cylinder valves 2) Bad fuel injector 3) Bad spark plugs 4) Bad ignition coil play. The dealership insisted it was safe to drive. I drove the car to meet with family and friends. Once I arrived, the vehicle wasn't functioning as it should. I immediately returned the vehicle and key fob to the dealership. Resolution Sought I would like my deposit returned for $4500.00
