Her brother is not there either even though she made the appointment saying they would be there for us. They have no appointment for us, even though she checked 3 times if we were coming. No one was expecting us or knew who we were. We left immediately. We came to buy a car, now writing reviews while we drive another hour in the rain to get home. For them to fire her, or put her through some ethics training. She's why there is a bad stigma against sales people. This was completely unacceptable. I would lose my license or at least have to pay a fine if I did something like that in my field.
