Hyundai of Fort Myers sold me a vehicle a year ago, the vehicle purchase price was $30,000 a year later the vehicle has $12,000 in repairs needed that are mechanical issues the vehicle was checked by the dealer directly who provided documentation of the issues. These issues began 6 months after purchasing. Hyundai refuses to help in any way they fail communication and have even acknowledged I have been ignored for two months now, even speaking in person the sales manager was rude and disrespectful towards myself and a family member who was with me. Instead of helping the sales manager told my family member "Why don't you help her if you love her so much" Hyundai fails to acknowledge the issues the vehicle has and refuses to provide any assistance in a vehicle purchased directly from them Hyundai has taken my money for the vehicle but will not help with repairs or anything in regards to a vehicle they sold me only good enough to drive off the lot. They are very disrespectful and lack customer service and communication! All they offer was to sell me another vehicle when I have in total already purchased this car for over $45,000! Resolution Sought Hyundai need to provide assistance with this and assist with a new vehicle or help cover some of the costs of the repairs! Compensation or something for their lack of customer service or acknowledgment that there is an issue here in a vehicle they sold me ! Some even being safety issues!

Hyundai of Fort Myers has denied my engine replacement that is under warranty for 100k miles. I drive a 2017 Hyundai Elantra SE. The vehicle has 69,000 miles on it. I owe 2k left on the vehicle and now I'm out thousands! Please help!! Resolution Sought Give refund for vehicle or honor my warranty and replace my engine.
