I have canceled my warranties and still haven't received my refund it's been 11 weeks now I have reached out over 10 times now they give me the same excuse " it got lost in the mail , we'll send it again" "it's being sent out " it doesn't take 11 weeks to send a refund through the mail . I've been still making payments in a totaled car because they can't do they're job and send back my refund this is ridiculous ! This is not apart of my contract to have my refund with held from me and have to go through extensive work to get it . Resolution Sought Send me my refund and expedite it so it can go in my bank account immediately.

i have had my car for about 6-7 months. i've had 2 oil changes. i have to put oil in it every week. it is burning through oil with NO sign of leak. my oil light comes on every other week if i accidentally forget to fill it before driving it. i took it to hyundai of fort myers and they didnt tell me anything was wrong with it. they sold me an awful car and id like my engine replaced or for this problem to be fixed! Resolution Sought replace my engine
