I am writing this regarding a warranty that was sold to us that we did not want at the time of buying a used car but ended up getting it anyway. We have sent in the forms via fax as well as mailing it in to cancel the warranty, yet nothing has been done. We have contacted out lender bank and let them know as well. It is very hard to get a hold of Mr. Wayne in the finance department to try and resolve our issue. Even if I leave him a message or ask someone at the dealership if they can ask him to give me a call back, I do not get a call back. When I was able to get in contact with Ms. Britini, She was and has been the only one who answers the phone and tries to help the consumer but when I get transferred to someone in finance at Hyundai of Gilroy in California, they do not answer the phone. When Io call the dealership and do not get Ms. Britni the person answering the phone are either very disrespectful or they will treat the customer like they are nothing and push your call around in a circle until no one picks up. I would not recommend this dealership to any of my friends nor family after getting the experience that I have had. If you read the reviews left on Google about this dealership then you would be able to see how they treat their customers. I just wanted to get a warranty that I did not want canceled and prorated into the current cost of the car that we bought so that we would no longer have anything to do with this dealership. The customer Resolution Sought Prorate the amount of my cancelation of the unwanted warranty to the car loan.
