My family purchased a Hyundai Santa Fe hybrid from Vacaville Hyundai and we paid 100,000 mile warranty and the maintenance on it was not done correctly. The air filter was not changed out or the coolant was not changed out Or refill now, the Santa Fe is leaking oil from behind the engine. It had every insect known to California in the air box. This is ridiculous. And we took the vehicle up there to get serviced several times the hundred thousand mile warranty Expired so I did the maintenance on it, and I realized the air filter or the coolant was not changed or refilled. Resolution Sought We wanted a trade-in for a new one or a refund for our money back Hyundai in Vacaville are paying the service department for these people not to do their job now this vehicle could start a fire. My mother is a 20 year old army vet. She deserves better than this.
