Never received my wallet and no refund still Resolution Sought My money back. Would not recommend this company, they do not value the customer at all

The refund was for the two handbags I sent back in that order was two handbags and the wallet so since I didn’t get the wallet I sent the handbags back there is still 58 dollars owed to me for the wallet that I never recieved

Company states; We have processed the customer's refund. The customer must go to their Klarna account to verify their refund. The customer purchased this with a Klarna account. Refunds are processed to the original form of payment. Regards, Tina ILoveDooney
