I got cussed out by Steven after I'd asked him why did he cut off half my nail. He lied and said he didn't cut anything... Although, I had just watched him and obviously felt him. He unhooked a piece off the spa and told me he wasn't a professional. I asked him to call his manager. He ignored me and when I asked again, yelled at me, "you call him yourself then told me to get out, cursing at me. A lady that claimed to be Lynn came over to finish the pedicure and when I asked her for the manager's name she told me she didn't know. She asked me to pick out a color and brought back the wrong color than what I chose. I asked her to do a color change do to her error and she walked off. Another female walked up to me as I sat with the manicurist and asked me to pay now. I asked her did she ask everyone to pay now, she said, no. I said that's racist. She started walking up to 6 staff members, they all starred at me and when I looked up at her she would point at me, mumble things in their language and danced awkwardly. A man that later identified himself as the owner named Richard, told me I didn't have to pay. Obviously, that wasn't the issue yet, the lack in their level of customer service. Myself and a lady next to me couldn't believe what had occurred. Exceptionally, the profanity spewed in front of customer's children. I asked Richard to have that guy apologize for his conduct, and that didn't happen. He told me, they don't want to do my nails and they are contractors. Fire every employee/contractor that was involved in that incident of extreme poor customer service. Public health should also go out there to see if there up to standards. They sat me at a nasty desk and the guy told me he wasn't a professional.
