I keep asking him to switch my payment date to the 5th this has been for the last four years and they haven't done it so they charge me an extra $16 a month or every other month when I tell him I cannot pay you on the 30th when I don't get paid till the 3rd I've been saying this for four and a half years Resolution Sought To change my date to the 5th if I can so I won't be getting this late charges all the time that's ruining my credit I've been telling them this for four and a half years now I'm sick of it I'm disabled

Company states: When a customer receives a bill, they have 30 days to pay and net 50 until any late charges or shut off fees are accessed. So if the customer receives a bill on Oct 1 and pays on Novemnber 5th, there are no fees assessed, so the information the customer is providing is incorrect. We have no issue if he decides to pay on the 5th of every month.
