Me and my daughter signed up for Ibotta I had them for a couple of years I used different payment methods to get the cash back because my bank account was hacked so there company accused my of fraud I have explained that I used gift cards and my debt card for the products I brought honestly I have never cheated any one I just want my and my daughters account back with the money restored asap thanks. Resolution Sought Me and my daughter's account restored and all the money back in our accounts.

The Saver wrote our Account Review Team on 04/29/24 as they could not access their account. Upon review of the Saver's account, the activity verified indicated fraudulent behavior. Good Evening I need them to explain what kind of fraudulent behavior did me and my daughter do they never explained or showed any proof I didn't think using different payment methods would be flagged as fraudelent I apolige if they feel it was wrong to use different payment methods I really need them to restore my and my daughters account seeing how I need to work 3 jobs and she is working 2 I don't think its right that a company accesses us of fraud without showing or providing proof thanks looking forward to my account and my daughters being restored thanks

I have been having trouble with my Ibotta app / account and there doesn't seem to be any way to get tech support. I tried the chat box, an email and some phone calls.. all with No help I had purchased many gift cards .. over 1,000 with my debit card which no longer show up. I also had $ 123.77 credit for store purchases and buying gift cards Resolution Sought I would like my account credited for all gift cards I purchased and would like my bonus credit amount $123.77
