I went to Ibrel Auto and test drove a 2014 Dodge Promaster 3500.I noticed the heat was cutting on and off so I let the salesman know and he said no problem that he would fix it. I came back the following week once he let me know that the problem was fixed. I test drove it and it seemed fine so I purchased the vehicle. I drove it home which was about an half hours drive and noticed it was doing the same thing. I immediately contacted my salesman and told him of the issue. He said bring it back next week after the new year and he would fix it. I said I will bring it back tomorrow. So, that next morning when I was getting ready to take it back I noticed it was leaking antifreeze. I drove it back and let them know what it was doing and they said no problem they would fix it. They kept it for three weeks and then called me and said it was fixed. They said that they changed the radiator. I drove it home and it was still not right so I called them back and they said they don't know what is wrong and suggested I use the service contract that I purchased from them .So I took it to the Dodge dealer and they checked it out and are now saying that it needs a engine and that the service contract will not cover it because it is a pre existing condition. Ibral auto has refused to have further contact with me because I stated that I would seek legal counsel if they do not make things right. They were also upset that I let the bank in which I got my financing from know what was going on. Resolution Sought I want them to take the van back and refund the $1900 I paid down the two car notes I've made $438.38 each and the $379.00 that I paid to have the van's diagnostic done at the Dodge dealer.

Hi, We feel extremely sorry that our valuable customer is experiencing issues with his vehicle. We always do our best to provide a good customer service at Ibral Auto. The customer brought his mechanic and made sure the car is fine. More than 2 months after the sale now he is talking about an engine issue and think that it is a pre-existing condition!!! The car was not sold with any engine problem and his mechanic again was with him and confirmed that it was fine.

The Dodge dealership charged me $379.00 to flush and replace the coolant with the proper coolant mix. I reached out to Ibral auto to see if they would cover the bill at the Dodge dealership because the warranty that Ibral auto sold me didn't cover the bill..after driving the van home from the Dodge Ram dealership I still didn't have heat. Took the van back to the Dodge dealership they ran another check on the van and let me know the it was leaking coolant internally and that they recommend the engine be replaced.. the estimate was $15,000.00 Ibral auto deliberately sold me a van with pre existing conditions and a warranty that will not cover the issues with the van.. the mileage on the van reflects my drive to and from Ibral auto sale and the Dodge Ram dealership. The van has been back and forth from the dealership trying to get fixed since I purchased the van. I was trying to return and cancel the purchase of the van the next day after I bought the van but The sales manager Rob Hollon assured me that he would take care of the issues. I have made 3 payments off $438.98 on the van and have not drove the van because it's been in the shop..
