I purchased an hvac system from iceberg home services on 5/29/23.The 1st problem that I experienced is , when they changed the unit they didn't clear out or replace the lines.2)the heat was blowing air.3)one of their technicians fell through my ceiling.4)the air was blowing heat.5)the person who they sent to fix the roof cleaned his equipment in my kitchen sink,resulting in the pipes being clogged!6)I have to turn on the AC to cut the system off if I let the heat run for some hrs! Resolution Sought I would like the company to come get their unit back, return or compensate me for my old unit,fix the damage that was done to my home by their drywall technician!

The AC unit was installed in June 2023 and has been working. The unit had a few issues in November 2023, but we promptly addressed the issue and everything is working properly. The leaking lead to some drywall damage but we also patched every spot on the drywall. All repairs were made free of charge to accomodate the customer and take care of them. We have been to the customers home several times since then and everything we were responsbile for is working exactly how it should. This customer also tried to dispute their Wells Fargo financing account and they denied the dispute after we discussed the situation. We have attempted to work with the customer, but he has denied future service, We will not be returning to remove any equipment.

I’m not satisfied with their service and, they created more problems for me by sending out the people they hired!!!!They caused more damage to my home and one of their techs fell through my roof,I was standing right there!!!And I wasn’t able to speak to the manager the first time I requested it!I would like to take the next step in trying to get my money back,because I shouldn’t have to pay for a faulty unit!
