I ordered two units and filters for my husband, for Father's day and it came to late, I then returned the order back to the company on July 22,2021. They received them and assured me I would have a refund on my Mastercard within 10 business days. I never got my refund I've been calling almost every day since , I've spoke to a supervisor and she told me that they could not put it back on my Mastercard, so we decided to have them send me a check in the mail 30 days later nothing, I've been calling and trying to resolve this, offered them a different card to refund and it's now a mess. I called Sept19, 2021,waited on hold for one hour thirty six minutes only to have the phone disconnected by them . Please help me I'm a senior citizens on a budget and don't know where to turn.
