I have been having problems with my treadmill for 3 or 4 years and i have reported it to Nordic track and the manufacture warranty ran out so i had to buy an extended warranty my Nordic treadmill is going to left and the walking belt wont stay on track, I have had numerous technicians come by to try and fix it but they could not fix it , three or four months ago a technician name Marcus can told me the frame was bent so he told them send the part to fix it but they sent wrong part and he said he could not do anything else and i talk to some one and told they send another technician and i never heard back from them i tried to call them to day and said all circuits where busy try back later ,im done trying to contract them please someone help me i have had to join the YMCA so i can have access to a treadmill Resolution Sought New tread mill or fix this one immediately and i would like to be reimbursed for my inconvenience.

I bought a treadmill from norditrack. my machine gave up, stopped working on the incline. The company refuses to replace my machine. They have been trying to fix with no results . Now the company wants to charge me to send a technician over to try to fix . 3 other technicians had come over with no results. Resolution Sought Replace my machine
