Customer Complaint

We had a quartz countertop, installed by iconic stone a few months ago. Unfortunately, not until the job was completed that we noticed that at the seam of the countertop, the shine was taken right out of it, and the seam itself was not good. We contacted iconic stone and they said that they would come out and look and for a couple appointments that were made they never showed and never called after many attempts I finally got a hold of them again and spoke to the owner Jim he did end up coming out and said it was a terrible job and he promised that he would take care of it that was like five days ago. They never called after that I finally got a hold of them They were supposed to come out today March 1 and there has been no call and no-show. This has been going on for a few months trying to get this fixed and we have gotten nowhere. The only thing we want is the countertop fixed. Resolution Sought We would like them to come out and correct their work.
