Please Attach my concern to this address IDA Acceptance 360 3091 Governor lake Drive suite 550 Peachtree Corner GA .30071 Phone number 678-720-0555 or 678-735-5721Contact person Mrs. Fatima Williston My complaint is correct # 21907874 Mrs. Connie Brown / please Remove Mrs. Mindy Rodger First Financial Asset Management 360 Healthcare LLC 3091 Governor lake Drive suite 500 Peachtree Corner GA 30071 / l also request that IDA Acceptance show proof of all documents from The Honda Fit 2007 car that was traded in for the 2014 Chevy spark. Resolution Sought To Release the account from both Cars the 2007 Honda Fit and the Chevy spark 2014.

2014 Chevrolet Spark VIN# -486901 Company Response to Complaint: We purchased the account belonging to Ms. Nesmith as a part of a bulk purchase from Gulfstream Motor Credit. We were not provided with any information regarding a credit to the account. We also have not been provided any information that would require a release of obligation.

Consumer states; This is the continuation on a complaint that has been filed. I disagree on their response to my complaint : when IDA Acceptance 360 When they took over the contract from Gulfstream motors / IDA Acceptance contract all clients that bought cars and still making payments we took IDA Acceptance 360 about the problem we was having with these cars they told me over the phone that are going to take care and address our concerns / l have been getting letters from Chevrolet about recall on the 2014 Chevy spark they also said the factory warning have also ran out .l received a letter from Chevrolet on today 7/28/2024 about another recall on this car,

I have the loan of my car with this company and in august 1 I paid my loan completely (7,160$) on august 3 I call the company to verify they received the payment and ask for my title. 4 day later the charge me the payment correspondence of august I call back and the lady answered me tell me " oh I see the error but is your fault because you not advice you have a automatic payment, let see if they can refund to you the payment". For cancel the loan I have to call twice and the people who answer me was very unprofessional. Resolution Sought Return back my money and my title of my car
