I have the loan of my car with this company and in august 1 I paid my loan completely (7,160$) on august 3 I call the company to verify they received the payment and ask for my title. 4 day later the charge me the payment correspondence of august I call back and the lady answered me tell me " oh I see the error but is your fault because you not advice you have a automatic payment, let see if they can refund to you the payment". For cancel the loan I have to call twice and the people who answer me was very unprofessional. Resolution Sought Return back my money and my title of my car

I'm having a problem every time I try to pay off my car note, they add more money . They'll say your last payment is this amount send that payment in . Your still owe this amount. Bought five cars never saw a company like this . Have to beg them to email your receipt payment. Resolution Sought I need a break down to why I have to keeping on make a payment if I'm making a payment before the due date. I will like the see my missed payment days and the extra fees that add to my payment I want a whole break down.
