Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I paid for services that was not completely render. I paid for service that made me worse then I was. They have you speak and do a zoom with a representative that was not qualified to do the job. You sign a contract that states no refunds but you thinking that they are going to provide you with the correct service. I paid for a service that when I went in They telling me if I get that treatment I would be worse off. I think people need to be aware that even if you pay for a service and they are not able to provide it you can not get your money back. My stomach look so bad. I have a lump in my stomach from the treatment. I'm so upset that I was scammed. I went through my back to see if I could get my money back but because it states no refunds. I could not get my money back. This is so wrong that a company could get aware with taking your money with unsatisfied work. Resolution Sought What can you do to make sure I'm a satisfied customer? Give me back my money for the services that wasn't rendered and the service for my stomach that I now have lump in it
