I went in there to get Botox and filler they gave me a consultation during this procedure. They told me I would need a syringe on each cheek to get rid of the wrinkles around my mouth and that the normal 40 units of Botox would work I purchased 120 and I was told I would have two appointments left for 40 units when I left there was no filler felt in either side of my face. No change was noticed. I called a week after no one called back. I called again. They said it takes time. I gave him the benefit of the doubt called again then they tried to say I didn't have many units of Botox left I should have 80 they said 56 then I questioned about my filler she became upset on the phone. I asked to speak to a manager. The manager's name was Brittany supposedly going to call me back. They told me that Ideal Image had been solved two weeks ago and I can understand why I don't think they injected me with what they said. I would really appreciate your help. Resolution Sought Total refund on my purchase and follow up on Dr who said she injected me and don't hurt someone else. I am afraid to even go back there for my 80 units because I've been lied to several times. The trust value has down and now my face is involved.

Per my colorectal surgeon, I was to receive laser hair removal to help with my severe Crohn's Disease and Pilondial Disease. I attended every one of my sessions, paid $3,000 so far and have had absolutely ZERO results. I've had 3 touch ups and my technician said I was the perfect candidate with pale skin and dark hair so it should work but it's horrible. She also said by this point the hair loss would be permanent and it's as if I never got the treatments done. I am absolutely livid at this, spending so much time and money so no results. I get these treatments not just for my personal pleasure but for pertinent medical reasons to the fact that I was told it's not working for me is honestly unacceptable. At this point, I refuse to get this treatment done again and am going to tell my colorectal surgeon what has taken place throughout the past 3 years. I will be reaching out corporate about this because I am beyond freaking livid and pissed off. I don't have the money to just blow on something that doesn't work. The only good thing was the technicians I had were very kind and gave me advice as to what to do. Resolution Sought Refund me for the years of sessions I had to endure that I received no outcomes from. The extra grief and troubles this has caused me. The fact this was supposed to help with my medical condition and it has failed to do so.

Your treatments have been completed in full, no refund is available for that reason. All clients have a touch up membership for continued treatments as needed. We respect your decision to not continue with treatments, however, Laser Hair removal is a lifetime commitment as the lasers are designed to destroy active follicles however, we do not change or alter you natural hormonal process which stimulates hair growth throughout life. What we know is that at some point, everyone will need additional treatments, some more than others. We are happy to discuss your concerns in clinic and review pre and post phots as well as work on a plan for continued resolution But refund is no longer and option her.
