First off I was super excited to get laser hair removal it was to help with my self confidence and scaring issues. I had a girl I felt comfortable with and that takes a lot for me to get comfortable with someone, especially when I have been so violently abused in my past and beaten and shot. Three weeks ago I went in for my appointment with my normal girl I see and she walked right past me and took another client back. I have had my appointment for 8 weeks scheduled with her. I then get this younger girl who I have never seen before to do my treatment. She was sort of just putting the laser ever where in different spots not going in any sort of direction and it hurt a lot more than normal. After the treatment that night I get changed into my pajamas and I noticed burns in the shape of small circles all over my bikini area and legs. This has never happened to me before. So I called and left them a message. I got a phone call back and was told to send pictures. But they down played it like it wasn't a big deal at all. I left a review on yelp then I got a phone call from a woman named Sara who was very condescending and patronizing. She was just concerned about yelp review. I told her I was also upset that I paid 4000 and was told I would get my armpits done for free which was only one session. You need 12. I was lied to and told I was given a two year no interest promotion to pay my loan off and they gave me a payment amount of 74.77 I was to pay however that was not enough
