I was approved for a line of credit through Fortiva for cool sculpting service through Ideal Images Med Spa. After learning that I would not have an appointment until July 2021, I requested that the account be closed by Fortiva on April 30, 2021. On May 1, 2021 Ideal Images Media Spa charged the account in full & I have requested for a total refund to be credited back to the account in a timely manner, however I am still being contacted about being scheduled other future appointments. At this time, I just want to be refunded. I am still being contacted to schedule appointments when all I want is to be refunded. Resolution Sought I am requesting a full refund to be credited back to the account of $2000 to Fortiva.
