On November 20th 2022 this Company without my knowledge, awareness or permission took funds off my credit card saying it was for a yearly subscription. I contacted Ideal Image on 11-22-22 they said in 3 to 5 business days my funds will be back on my card. I called again 11-27-22 they said my funds are in route. As of today, my money is still not returned to me. This Company is using deceptive tactics to debit most likely peoples credit cards besides my own. Resolution Sought I want my money they illegally took off my credit card back on my card immediately.
