I had signed up with this company without checking their rating. I cancelled soon afterwards and was told my acct was deleted. They lied. Money was taken out of my acct with them using a different company's name with the same message and phone number. They generate their own checks so money was taken out a third time using a different company's name. They would only identify with first names and wouldn't let you speak to the supervisor. With the fist company it was $3.60, 2nd com $31.25 and 3rd $29.95. Names used are: ldentity Services LLC, Club Save LLC and On call Health Group. Phone numbers used are: 1 800 244 0364 and 1 866 315 1369. Checks are generated from them and charged to your account. When one company's name is deleted another is generated. Their rating is a D in your system and l see why. They are thieves. Bottom line!! Resolution Sought Give me a refund and stop lying and stealing.

On June 30, 2023, Ms. Cheston agreed to a trial for programs Club Save, Identity Services, and OnCall Health Group, all are totally separate companies that bill separately for services. After the initial trial fee a monthly fee is charged as long as the customer remains a member. On August 8, 2023, Ms. Cheston called in to cancel services, which was done. I am happy to mail a refund check for all monies paid by Ms. Cheston. (I have issued BCA a copy of the complaint, screenshots of all funds received, a screenshot of the cancellation, and a picture of the check being mailed to Ms. Cheston.)
