Poor Customer Service!!

This office in Deer Park Texas is horrible, Short staff the lady is no help to the man that acts like he is losing him mind with this many people coming in an out ,I've been waiting over an hour to just pick up a twic card an then she wants me to reschedule. This is a busy place need people in the office that knows what they are doing . People depend on there cards for work or I do anyway. I dnt know I had to have an appt to pick up the card, I received a Text message saying it was ready, I had no clue that I would be waiting for hours an then there is still a possibility I will not receive it today! Please hire more people or at least people that know what they're doing!! Hire people that know what there doing! Or more people period!!
