Background checks through identogo are a requirement for PT licensure in South Carolina; my wife and I both needed background checks, and sent our fingerprints in the same package. This process was not only a requirement for work, but our mortgage on our new home in SC. Mine were processed and completed, hers were "lost" most likely meaning they thought it was a duplicate card and threw it out. When we called to discuss this with them, we were basically told it wasn't their problem and they wouldn't process her new card when it was received as it wasn't their policy. Not only are they impacting our ability to start our new jobs, but they've prevented us from closing on our new home, costing us thousands of dollars. They have been completely unprofessional during this process, never giving us any straight answers and maintaining deceit through our conversations phone calls have been recorded to prove this Resolution Sought Fix their mistake
