The ID.me website that accomadates the Florida commerce reemployment assistance program is unnecessarily complex first and foremost . To speak to an agent for help is impossible because the phone number given through a source not of there own is restricted to consumers call. The help center is proven to be unhelpful, it is too abstract and over technical insufficiently explanatory suggesting to go through too many steps that all right in accord with each other becoming redundant the automated helper Roy is only limited to a certain amount of questions thus proven unhelpful. The multi-factoring authentication mode is needs to be simplified and needs to be more convenient it doesn't link you to an actual location to make any alterations to your personal profile or any link that you're trying to reach it just reroute you back to the same point of inquisition that you were at to begin with.. for example trying to change my email and password linked to my Florida commerce account through the MFA mode is almost asinine and insulting because in order to do that you have to input the actual email address and password that you already DON'T RECALL which would defeat the purpose of a password and most times there's no hope for progress seeing as how the site always freezes or runs into an error causing you to restart the process all over again.. yep it's ridiculous! I could hope that this service gets assessed sooner than later for us it is doing the public no service at all! Resolution Sought Evaluate their site to make it more relative and more accessible to the consumer.

My ID.me account was suspended without providing any reason for doing so ,by the virtue of this I can't access government websites I'm being deprived of my right ,I reached out to the business they refused to help me even though it can judicially noticed beyond all reasonable doubts that ,my account was eligible to be reinstated. I REQUEST THAT MY ACCOUNT BE REINSTATED ASAP AS I NEED TO ACCESS GOVERNMENT WEBSITES. Resolution Sought My account associated with the Gmail should be un-suspended immediately.

UPDATED 1/22/24:This company has lied and proofed to be unable to fix my issue they keep getting my account remained suspended without providing any ground, I have done nothing absolutely wrong to deserve the treatment . My issue still remain unresolved and I am dissatisfied.
