The help center is proven to be unhelpful.

The ID.me website that accomadates the Florida commerce reemployment assistance program is unnecessarily complex first and foremost . To speak to an agent for help is impossible because the phone number given through a source not of there own is restricted to consumers call. The help center is proven to be unhelpful, it is too abstract and over technical insufficiently explanatory suggesting to go through too many steps that all right in accord with each other becoming redundant the automated helper Roy is only limited to a certain amount of questions thus proven unhelpful. the multi-factoring authentication mode is needs to be simplified and needs to be more convenient it doesn't link you to an actual location to make any alterations to your personal profile or any link that you're trying to reach it just reroute you back to the same point of inquisition that you were at to begin with.. for example trying to change my email and password linked to my Florida commerce account through the MFA mode is almost asinine and insulting because in order to do that you have to input the actual email address and password that you already DON'T RECALL which would defeat the purpose of a password and most times there's no hope for progress seeing as how the site always freezes or runs into an error causing you to restart the process all over again.. yep it's ridiculous! I could hope that this service gets assessed sooner than later for us it is doing the public no service at all!

Terrible

1 start is generous and only because we have to in order to write this review. ID.me has caused people to lose their only source of income during a pandemic. Id.me and their lack of options, customer support or solutions and unanswered help requests. And you cannot even get a helpful referee because you can't even get past the 1st step. People did not allow their identification to expire but in some cases it happened because of the pandemic & we could not renew government agencies were closed! Nj department of motor vehicle recently implemented a mailing system however it takes 10 to 20 business days to receive your documentation! but you still have to go by appointment only to DMV to obtain the renewal causing people to actually lose their unemployment benefits while they have to wait for their id. That was out our control. ID.me eoffers no help no customer service No support!!!! No phone number and no options. And if they can't verify you they put your status as non verifiable and you lose your benefits can someone explain to me how they're legally allowed to get away with this how could New Jersey implement this system in fact how could anybody implement this system knowing their business rating is an F?? Help us!!! Cancel id.me and hold GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS RESPONSIBLE !
