I called to get my box reset because I have to call every time due to the fact that my box is linked to the pud. This guy on the phone for tech support treated me like I was f****** s***** and had no idea what I was talking about and told me 3 times to unplug the cord. When there is no cord and 3 guys have already told me there is no cord on the outside of the box. He was very very rude and I don't appreciate being talked down to and made to feel s***** because I am a women and they think they women could never have knowledge. I am tired or rude employees every time I call this place for customer service. Plus I have had issues with this service working more than anything. I am not even able to use the wifi half the time because there is always an outage or something else as to why the service is out right now. Beyond done and irritated with this company. Resolution Sought I would like to have the days I wasn't able to use the wifi (4/7 days of the week) refunded off of my bill. Also for these tech guys to learn respect and to not treat customers like they are s******.
