I paid 2 weeks ago for a phone screen for my son . I paid in full. First they claimed they ordered the wrong screen told me a few more days . Keep telling me tomorrow for over a week. Resolution Sought To just have the phone screen fixed

The customer's screen was ordered as he requested for a Samsung j2, but he gave us the wrong screen model. Therefore the correct screen has been ordered, but the shipment had delayed, but the customer has been contacted today because the package is now finally in our custody. The customer is scheduled to have the screen installed today.
