I hired this law firm about a year ago for a breach of contract. First the file all the paperworks. I waited and waited I heard nothing from them. I finally got in contact with them, they told me one of the addresses was incorrect while I clearly told them the person who owned the business that I am suing moved to a different location which I provided. I provided them with all the informations they needed. After awhile they claimed they had a final judgment for the asking price of 48k. After that I Dont hear from them I email them I called them no response when I do get someone from the office the lie they told me is that they in a meeting. Everytime I called they in a meeting and they never called me back. I end up calling the court, the court told me they sent a letter to them to advised them they need to take action or the matter will be closed. They never take no actions. My case was closed And no the defendant do not have a lawyer representing him and his company which make it easier to win the case. After emailing and texting they finally reply saying they will reopen the case. Now its been a month since the case reopened I emailed them for an update the last time he texted back and said thank you for your patience after that he stopped responding to my texts. I am frustrated and upset I feel like I am being scammed and played by them. They reply when they feels like it. They put no effort towards my case. They said my case is not a priority. They are very unprofe. Resolution Sought Either they put my case as an priority like every other case and expedite Or give me my money back. I waited too long. They need to take every cases serious big or small. They need to stop telling customers that their cases are not a priority. They need to do better and stop threatening customers with lawsuit once you tell them you will write a review stating the facts how they are treating customers, how they are not doing their job.

They told me they were probate lawyer I payed up front then nothing could be done because he didn't know the law , MY father died in Puerto rico and the surrogate would accept the death certificate because I had to get the probate done in puerto rico I had told him at consultation that he had died in puerto rico he should have not took my case if he didn't know the law and from 2,5000 the y want to give me 365.00 refund saying he had to do research which he should have done before accepting my case he made me call puerto rico so I could get them to amend the death certificate of course they said they couldn't do that ... Resolution Sought I should get more then 365.00 at least half back because he didn't do anything to get me to be the trustee I have to do it in puerto rico, he wants me to pay for his mistake
