A change in practice and maybe food compensation for having to order at the restaurant vs ordering in advance
Called for 15 minutes straight while driving to the restaurant and the whole the time the line was busy. Upon arrival I told the waiter that their phone was off the hook as I had been trying to reach them to place an order. I was informed that they do not pick up the phone when they are busy. I told him the phone was off the hook. Prior to me calling my husband tried to reach them for about 10 minutes and busy tone, not good service. Actually that's horrible.. busy or not you need to pick up the phone and NEVER disconnect.
