This "supposed" licensed general contractor got paid in full for a paint job he never came back to complete as well as improperly installed roof skylight that has a leak. I've tried to resolve the issues with him directly but he refuses to cooperate or returns calls etc. I tried filing a claim with his insurance company Statefarm but am getting nowhere because he won't return their phone calls to him. I have all my receipts of the money that was paid to him. Disgusting and Disgraceful. Resolution Sought I'd like a refund for the paint job he did NOT complete and for the installation of a new skylight. I'm losing hundreds of dollars a month in Heating bills because the heat is escaping through the gap in the skylight,
