I order shirts from this site 5x they came but was entirely to big. I sent them back for a new size as directed by a agent of there's to only not have my shirt come then when I contacted them about it they said I have pay $35 for a exchange with wasn't previously stated then told me if I ask for a refund witch I did I'd have to pay now 40 of the coast of the shirts Resolution Sought Either send me my shirt in the size I asked or a full refund of my money they already have their shirts back

Exchange policy is online it stated there liable for a re print fee and a re shipping fee which for hes order was 35$ and he doesn’t want to pay for it
