Immigrant Inventors Support Center has scammed millions of many poor Mexican and Black people out of their hard yearned money. Arshak Akopyan (818 242 9999l) is the owner of this business and he promises people who don't have residence status in US fake legal documents. He claims that he can make fake ID cards, fake birth certificates, and fake passports which will not be detected by the government as fake. He takes peoples money (each applicant pays him $60,000) and tells the public he can't refund the money. He threatens the public if they report him he will kill them.
