Manager was very rude with a very bad attitude
I called to place an order, and the MANAGER RACHAEL was VERY RUDE , with an very bad ATTITUDE . She even HUNG UP phone on me, and when I called back the situation was even worse to the point where I didn't place my order. Get a professional manager on shift who knows how to talk to people, and resolve issues instead of being rude making matters worse for the customer. Please pull our calls so you can hear for yourself.
