Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. We asked him if he could do a New Jersey inheritance tax form for us. He did the wrong form but before we realized it we paid him $500. When we asked him to correct it he never did and we never got our money back and now he is no where to be found Resolution Sought I want my money back
