I purchased a vehicle 12 days ago from them. While I was signing the paperwork Ganelle Darby mechanic walks in Telling her to put a 60 day warranty on the Starter. I drove off the lot and that night sure and it wouldn't Start. That was fixed then a major blowout then check engine light in there is a possible leak in the crank shaft the radiator has a Hawaiian punch cap on it and the oil cap was disintegrating. You're very rude and talk about that is she on social media. Ganelle when told about the vehicle overheating and he blew out on the highway she laughed and told my husband I guess you shouldn't be driving it then that's your problem. Her customer service is beyond unprofessional. In the moment that I told her about it issue she got very offensive like she has gone through this issue before. In the way that she handled it In a threatening way telling me to come to her company and that I know where she's at. Along with her husband that is the mechanic that whenever I took in the vehicle for the brakes he took two hours to figure out that it was something else and then Reassure that the vehicle was safe to drive even though there was air and you had to push all the way down on the brake pedal very hard.
