BCA's Summary and Analysis:

Complainants allege problems with delivery, delays in delivery and difficulty contacting the company. Complainants purchased custom barbeque grills at home shows and paid deposits. However, after the deposits were paid, the complainants reported difficulties in contacting the company. Many complainants allege the barbeques they ordered were not what was delivered, items were missing from the barbeques, barbeques were damaged or in non-working order. Most complainants allege accessories purchased with the barbeques are not delivered, and they are told the parts are on back order. Some complainants state the company refuses to provide refunds after cancellation or failure to deliver. A few complainants allege orders are never placed with distributors or their credit cards are charged without authorization.

The company responds to complaints by issuing refunds, partial refunds or arranging a service calls with the customer. In some cases the company apologized for poor customer service and denied refunds stating the contracts were non refundable.
