I took my cell phone to MetroPCS next door to this place. Metro said they didn't have the key to open the phone. I bought the phone from Metro next door the lady said they can't take the battery out these phones. I saw that. The Sim Card tray had broken all he had to do was close the phone and put the sim card back in the phone. He tried to charge me $10 or more for the Sim Card tray, which would of been $90.00. I went back on Monday 29, 2022. Told him give me my phone back, he charged too much for nothing. He said the phone will be ready Wed. I couldn't get my phone until I gave him $80.00. So I had to pay to get my phone back. I got it back went to Omar Wireless in Rialto, he put the sim card tray in took him 5mins for $10, thats what I took my phone to this man for Omar to say he didn't do nothing for $80.00. He saw I was a Senior woman and he took advantage of me. He don't get no business in his store. He cheats people out their money. I have my same battery in my phone because you can't take them out. He took the Sim Card out the $10 tray that was broken in the tray for $80.00, wanted to charge me again $10 more. Resolution Sought I want my money back from In and Out Wireless.
