I went to get my eyebrows waxed and she ripped the first layer of above of my eyelids and left scarred and I had to miss work and go to the hospital Resolution Sought I want a refund and to help for the days I had to be off from work. Since I have to pay rent and bills I wasn't able to due to me missing work from them damaging tipping my skin off.

The customer came in for eyebrow waxing. Our employee who is very skilled in eyebrow waxing provided the requested service to Ms. Barajas. The eyebrow skin area is very delicate and there was redness afterwards. The customer became very upset and would not allow any further help from us. Ms. Barajas refused to pay for her service, she did not return to our shop again and we were not aware of any skin that was "ripped", we take precautions when performing this service!
